| Mr. Yu has over 16 years of experience in senior management with several Northern China based enterprises, responsible for marketing, strategic planning and designing for many of these corporations. Mr. Yu previously served as the CEO of RETONG.COM, chairman of Harbin Zhong He Li Da Technology Corporation, Heilongjiang Retong Advertising Co., Ltd. and Heilongjiang Wantong Telecommunication Project Co., Ltd. Mr. Yu received a B.A. degree from the Harbin University of Science and Technology in 1989. |
Ms. Cloris Li- Chief Financial Officer
| Ms. Cloris Li has acquired substantial experience in professional accounting and auditing, financial planning, tax advising, risk control and internal controls. In 2010 and 2011, Ms. Cloris Li worked as a consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers in China where she provided audit, internal control advisory and SOX compliance services to both private and public companies. Prior to that she was Vice President at China Authority Holding Inc., a Chinese investment firm that also provides advisory services to companies going public from 2007 to 2009. From 2004 to 2006, she was a senior auditor and tax advisor in Romano Business Accountants Pty. Ltd. In 2003, she worked as an associate at Zhejiang Xiacheng Certified Public Taxation Accounts and Zhejiang Hongda Certified Public Accounts. Ms. Cloris Li graduated with a BA in Accounting from Queensland University Technology in Australia. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of Certified Public Accountant Australia.

Ms. Alice Lee Rogers- Vice President of North America Business
| Ms. Rogers has more than ten years of professional accounting and auditing experience with public accountant firms, including recent experience with SEC audits and reviews of financial disclosures. Ms. Rogers is also the founder of Lee-Rogers & Company, Inc. and has been its President since 2007. From June 2009 to May 2010, Ms. Rogers worked as vice president of finance for Dragon Acquisition Corporation. Prior to that Ms. Rogers worked as an account manager at Kabani & Company Inc., from February 2005 to June 2007, and as a senior accountant at Koo, Chow & Company LLP from June 2000 to December 2004. Ms. Rogers graduated with a BA in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge. Ms. Rogers is a Certified Public Accountant and member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of CPAs

Mr. Xiaohua Gu – Independent Director
| Mr. Gu, 38, is a partner at Richlink Capital, a financial service institution focusing on private equity fund management and investment banking services. From July 2006 to February 2010, Mr. Gu worked as assistant manager in taxation at the Hangzhou Office of KPMG Advisory (China) Limited, where he was engaged in providing tax advisory and compliance services. Mr. Gu received his Master of Science in Accounting from Lees Metropolitan University in 2004 and his Master of Business Administration from University of Newcastle upon Tyne in 2001. He got his bachelor degree in tourism from Shanghai University in 1995.

Mr. Liansheng Zhang - Independent Director
| Mr. Zhang currently serves as Pluralism Director at the Heilongjiang provincial Base of Research and Experiment in Polymer Science & Technology. He was also appointed as a People's Representative during the 9th (1998) and 10th (2003) National People's Congress of China for his extraordinary achievement in Polymer Science and Technology. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Organic Chemistry from the Heilongjiang University and Master's Degree in Polymer Chemistry at Jilin University. Mr. Zhang was also a visiting scholar at the University of Bradford. |
Mr. Yizhao Zhang - Independent Director
Mr. Zhang graduated with a Bachelor of Economic Science from Fudan University in 1992. In 2003, he graduated with a Master of Business Administration with two concentrations, financial analysis and accounting, from the State University of New York, University at Buffalo.
Mr. Zhang is presently helping several Chinese companiesto be listed in oversea markets. From August 2008 to January 2009, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Energroup Holdings Corporation, an Over the Counter Bulletin Board company. From May 2007 through May 2008, he was Chief Financial Officer of Shengtai Pharmaceutical Inc., an OTCBB company. From April 2006 through December 2006, he was the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of China Natural Resources, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed company and from April 2005 through April 2006, he was the vice president and senior manager in Chinawe Asset Management Consultancy Limited, a US public company which mainly manages non-performing loan assets in China. He was a financial consultant with Hendrickson Asset Management LLP from January 2004 through November 2004. Prior to that he worked as a portfolio manager and foreign exchange and common stock trader with the South Financial Service Corporation from 1993-1999.
Mr. Zhang is a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the Delaware State Board of Accountancy, member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountant (AICPA).
