Vocational Education

We offer vocational education services in two main areas: vocational skills and certification training, and career development for college graduates. We have collaborated with the National Association of Vocational Education of China (NAVEC) to set up, www.360ve.com, a “high-quality vocational teaching resource supermarket”, to provide customers vocational training services and vocational performance evaluation metrics.

We have accomplished this by establishing long-term relationships with government educational entities such as the NAVEC, the education ministry, labor ministry and other authorized government agencies to draw up benchmarks for vocational training programs for different industry sectors.  We have partnered with NAVEC and are able to tap the resources of 30,000 famous vocational experts and instructors who are members. As the official operator of NAVEC’s Education Examination Center, we provide national standard vocational training and vocational exam-oriented courses.

Our “Millions of College Students Employment Crossroads” program has been initiated in response to the high jobless rate for China’s current graduates. This program is designed to establish of long-term training program for college students to build connections with corporations and complete education programs prescribed by the hiring corporations.

We have developed vocational training programs by collaborating with other educational institutions that cover subjects including remote education, IT training, vocational qualification education and foreign language. These collaborations will allow us to expand our product offering, deliver the subjects provided by all of these domestic educational institutions, and have access to partners’ teachers and facilities. In return, these institutions will be able to tap student resources registered under the Company’s vocational website www.360ve.com.

We also offer onsite IT vocational training through our 70% owned Beijing Hua Yu Hui Zhong Technology Development Co., Ltd. (“BHYHZ”) and the Harbin Nangang Compass Computer Training School (“Compass Training School”) for which we have all the franchise rights.
